The DRK Pain Center Mainz is part of a network of 12 hospitals in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. With 80 inpatient beds, 24 day clinic places, and a large outpatient department, it is the most comprehensive and nationally operating specialized clinic for acute and chronic pain in Germany.


To strengthen our human resources department, we are looking for a
Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible for a temporary period as a parental leave replacement.


Your profile

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a human resources officer or have a completed commercial training with further education as a personnel clerk
  • Practical experience in administrative human resources work is desirable, but more important to us are strong communication skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications and human resources management and information systems
  • You are familiar with labor, social, and works constitution law
  • Teamwork and the ability to work on an equal footing round off your profile

Your tasks

  • Advising the Commercial Director, the Head of Nursing, and department heads as well as employees on all personnel and collective bargaining issues
  • Conducting personnel and employee annual meetings
  • Trustful cooperation with the works council
  • Applicant management and conducting job interviews
  • Carrying out personnel administrative tasks such as creating and processing works council hearings, employment contracts, terminations, employment references, personnel statistics,
