Your Role

  • You will lead the global RTS development team to create marketleading offerings that generate significant growth for the company. These offerings will meet the application, cost, and quality requirements of retail, OEM, and trade customers and may include hardware, software, and business models.
  • You will collaborate with other technical leaders to ensure that technical platforms are shared and products provide a clear product family solution for the customer across all business areas.
  • Foster an innovation culture that encourages the team to develop technology roadmaps and solutions. Continuously review and update the short and longterm technology strategy to support the profitability and growth of the company.
  • You will motivate and empower the technical teams to achieve all project and business goals. Make strategic decisions to continuously improve team structure and delivery capability. Utilize internal and external resources to ensure that teams have the right skills and resources.
  • Ensure that global teams are wellorganized and have the necessary resources to work seamlessly across time zones.
  • Collaborate with key functions such as product management, procurement, and manufacturing to bring profitable offerings to the market.
  • If necessary, collaborate with external design resources and manage them.
  • Understand all costs associated with product development.
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget,
