Responsibilities

Qualifications

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus offered for qualified new hires. Per policy, current employees are not eligible.

Experience:

At least one year of clinical and/or medical social work experience required.

Education:

Master's Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.

Special Skills & Training:

Excellent customer service and presentation skills are a must.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively.
Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
SSDI, SDI, and other governmental/county requirements/programs.
Thorough comprehension of OBRA and Title 22 is required.
Knowledge of contemporary behavioral and systems theories relevant to the following;
Health Care
Endoflife dynamics and interventions
Grief and Bereavement Counseling
Substance Abuse Identification and Interventions
Support for victims of abuse, neglect or violence
Community or financial resources for underserved or vulnerable populations

Pay Range
$46.79- $53.20 /hour
