I am currently seeking a Construction Manager for a position in the Food Industry. This role will involve overseeing the expansion of an existing facility in Clifton.

The client is expanding their current processing facility and will be installing new production and process lines. They are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing brownfield projects.

START: June 2024

LOCATION: North Germany

DURATION: 12-month contract

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager (preferably in the Food Industry)

· Proficiency in German language

· Experience implementing effective health and safety practices on construction sites

· Experience with mechanical and equipment projects

· Previous experience with brownfield projects

· Knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects of projects

The role will involve supervising all construction activities on the live site, specifically focusing on mechanical and piping aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient construction, maintaining health and safety standards, and completing the project successfully.
