What you should bring:

Training as a certified geriatric nurse m/f/d or certified health and nursing care nurse m/f/d
Further training as a PDL
Practical experience in inpatient geriatric care
Good communication skills
Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with elderly and caredependent people

Teamwork skills

Your tasks:

Management and coordination of the living area, including shift planning
Compliance with quality standards and care standards
Digital care documentation
Cooperation with doctors, pharmacies and authorities
