Apprenticeship position for Cook (m/f/d) at Cottonwood

Starting in 2024:

Perfect for those who are: creative, flexible, and enjoy coming up with new delicious recipes.

As a cook, you will enchant the taste buds of our guests. You are knowledgeable about a variety of foods and enjoy the daily creative work with fresh and local ingredients. You possess manual skills and have a good sense for using kitchen techniques.

Some of the apprentice's tasks include:

  • Planning menu suggestions and cost calculation
  • Preparation and cooking of various appetizers, main dishes, and desserts
  • Use of professional kitchen equipment and modern tools
  • Consideration of nutritional, economic, and ecological aspects
  • Learning and adhering to all hygiene regulations
  • Decorative presentation of dishes
  • Preparation of plant-based and animal products

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • No allergies
  • Team and communication skills
  • Good manners and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
  • Organizational and sales talent
  • Pleasant appearance
