The "New Compensation System" team consists of a good mix of experienced and young colleagues. As a cross-functional DevOps team, we are renewing the DEVK system landscape for field compensation and agent management.

What you should bring:

You have professional experience as a Scrum Master and ideally a corresponding certification

In your practice as a Scrum Master, you have already successfully used various agile tools.

You live customer and service orientation and want to inspire your customers

You have experience in moderating groups, are communicative and can empathize with people emotionally

Software development is our daily bread; here it helps that you understand the language of application developers

You feel comfortable in flat hierarchies, but you also have a good understanding of traditional organizations and know the challenges that agile teams face there
