We are a one hundred percent subsidiary of the city of Frankfurt, whose task is to spread and promote art and culture.

In addition, we are one of the few multi-disciplinary houses (opera and drama) and the largest municipal cultural institution for dramatic arts in Germany.

Your tasks:
Monitoring, maintenance and repair of the listed systems in the main building as well as in the external locations: hydraulically and electromechanically driven stage machinery and safety equipment, fire extinguishing and fire protection systems, elevators, forklifts, crane systems and hoists, doors and locks, as well as the compressed air system General mechanical maintenance and repairs (locksmith work) on various technical systems Documentation of malfunctions, repairs, inspections and maintenance What you bring: Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, metalworker, plant fitter, construction mechanic or similar activity in the mechanic trade Basic knowledge of conventional metal cutting (turning / milling) is desirable High reliability, sense of responsibility, resilience and the ability to work in a team Flexibility and independent work Ability to quickly recognize and combine technical connections Good IT and documentation skills are desirable Willingness to work irregular shifts and on Sundays and public holidays Class B driver's license (car)
