We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant with reception duties to join our dynamic and growing company. In this role, you will support our HR team while also ensuring a professional reception for our guests. You can expect a diverse and challenging position within a motivated and collegial team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various tasks in personnel administration
- Supporting in recruiting activities, including managing applicants and organizing interviews
- Processing and maintaining time tracking, including monthly closing
- Organizing internal employee events and meetings
- Managing personnel files and documents
- Booking business trips (flights, hotels, rental cars)
- Providing professional reception and assistance to clients
- Operating the telephone switchboard and handling mail
- Managing inquiries in the HRM email inbox
