foreign credit institution that has been active nationwide for over 20 years with branches in
Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, and Stuttgart in Germany, we are looking for you as a
Payroll Employee (m|f|d) at our
Frankfurt location starting at the
earliest possible date.

YOUR TASKS:

Preparation of payroll for external payroll office
Communication with external service providers and authorities
Preparation of statistics and calculation of special payments
Checking of trial payrolls for changes and taxation, as well as final approval of payments
Responsibility for the time tracking system
Contact person for management, supervisors, and colleagues regarding payroll and working hours
Participation in HRrelated projects
Yearend closing tasks and annual reports (e.g. occupational accident insurance, disability levy)
Preparation of certificates according to legal obligations (to employees, social security carriers,
