Description:


As Team Leader Construction (m/f/d), you will be responsible for monitoring and managing projects in the field of construction and structural engineering.


In this role, you will have a high degree of freedom and will independently and responsibly lead your projects within a radius of maximum 150km around Rosenheim.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and management of construction projects
  • Technical support from the acquisition phase
  • Ensuring cost, deadline, and qualitycompliant execution of construction projects
  • Participation in cost estimation and work preparation
  • Selection of subcontractors
  • Management of 37 construction managers

Who You Are:


  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, further training as a construction technician or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction
