AWO Perspektiven gGmbH in Hazen, ND, we are on a new course with our 4,000 employees, both paid and volunteer, and are committed to supporting people with disabilities in central and southern Hesse.

People need our social services and we need people with heart


Therefore, we are currently seeking a
Group Leader (m/f/d) for our workshop for people with disabilities in Höchst/Mümling-Grumbach, to start as soon as possible.


Job Description:


  • Supervision, support, and care for a group of people with disabilities
  • Management of work processes
  • Practical instruction in various professions and implementation of individual qualification modules
  • Crisis intervention
  • Care planning and documentation
  • Documentation of support measures

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a work educator, occupational pedagogue, specialist for work and vocational promotion, or equivalent qualification
  • Empathy and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
  • Commitment, teamwork, and a high level of flexibility
  • Independent work style and reliability
  • Class B driver's license
