About the Company

Our client is an established acute care hospital with 380 beds and is considered an important employer in the region. With a dedicated team of over 1,000 employees, our client provides medical care for approximately inpatients and nearly outpatients in the district located 30 kilometers west of Munich. As an academic teaching hospital, medical care is offered at a high level of quality. To strengthen the team, our client is currently looking for a Head of IT (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Role

  • As Head of IT (m/f/d), you will report directly to the management and, together with your team, ensure the secure operation and implementation of innovative technologies to optimize patient care and operational processes.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the professional leadership and development of a team of 7 from the Applications and Network and Infrastructure departments, including managing collaboration with external partners and service providers.
  • Your main tasks will include planning, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, with a special focus on the network.
  • As Head of IT (m/f/d), you will be responsible for expanding the information security management system (ISMS), ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems and data, and early detection of security risks.
