Our client is a well-established medium-sized company in the field of medical technology with global activities.
Your responsibilities
- You will be the contact person for strategic purchasing topics for the departments: production, technology and quality
- You will work in cross-functional teams in purchasing and development projects, up to taking over project management
- You will conduct situation and potential analyses for relevant procurement markets in terms of products, services and technologies
- You will develop and implement procurement strategies in the responsible product groups
- You will be responsible for achieving and optimizing purchasing goals
- You will actively participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers
- You will negotiate terms and framework agreements with national and international suppliers
- You will develop department-specific KPIs and ongoing action planning for their optimization
Your profile:
- You have a successful degree or training in engineering, business administration or a similar field
- You have several years of experience in comparable areas of responsibility
- You have a high level of technical and commercial understanding
- You have extensive experience working with ERP and MS Office systems
- You have strong analytical thinking and strategic foresight
- You have teamwork skills, communication skills and negotiation skills
- You have fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
