At "My Shore Excursions", we are setting new standards in the cruise industry as the leading booking platform for personalized excursion experiences.

Through small group sizes and personal, family-style excursions, we offer cruise guests more individual and immersive experiences in their destinations.

Based in the heart of Hamburg, our young and ambitious team is driving the industry forward with fresh ideas and dedication.

We focus on carefully selecting local providers worldwide and work with renowned tourism distribution partners from the DACH region to not only fulfill our customers' wishes, but to also inspire them.

We are currently looking for a part-time hours/week) administrative assistant for our accounting department (m/f/d) in Hamburg.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in financial management: invoice verification, setting up transfers and payments, filing of receipts.
- (Preparatory) accounting: in cooperation with our tax office, preparation of monthly accounting/BWA including coding etc. in DATEV - eventually taking over the accounting.

  • Support in human resources: preparation of documents for payroll, contract management.
  • Office management: support in planning and organizing events, company celebrations, etc., responsible for ordering office supplies, drinks, and other consumables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed commercial training or degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, taxes, etc.
  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in similar positions, ideally in accounting or a tax office.
  • Independence and accuracy: A high level of independence, responsibility, and accuracy
