About the Team

The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok.

The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US.

With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.


The Creator Agency Partnerships team is responsible for identifying and recruiting agencies who align with the platform's target audience and e-commerce objectives, collaborating with MCN agencies to develop content strategies that resonate with the platform's users and drive GMV, facilitating collaborations between content creators and e-commerce brands to create sponsored content and promotions that drive GMV, and analyzing the performance of content creators to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.


  • Collaborate closely with crossborder TAP, acquire capable crossborder TAP and help achieve GMV growth through oneonone operations.
  • With the goal of improving agencies GMV, optimize its business operation model and enhance TAP's ability in expanding merchants, recruiting creators, and matchmaking. complete benchmark case/methodology precipitation and innovation;
  • Collect TAP's business requirements and be able to propose product optimization suggestions based on specific situations to improve service provider growth and operational effectiveness;
  • Assist service providers in solving various business problems, coordinate internal and external resources to increase the number of merchants with sales.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years experience of Ecommerce Creator Program Operation

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong connections with crossborder TAP is preferred.
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.
  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream ecommerce platforms, experience in contentbased ecommerce is highly preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $143555 annually.
