Edgerton UX Researcher (m/w/d)


Your responsibilities:
In your role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative (ad-hoc) UX research projects for the digital media brand RTL+. This includes designing research designs, conducting UX interviews, and analyzing, interpreting, and presenting the results.

You will lead workshops and work in an agile manner with interdisciplinary teams.


You will be responsible for communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders in order to make user-centered decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

You will interpret user data, interviews, and usability tests to identify behavioral patterns, answer questions, and make product-related decisions.

You will develop and improve our (UX) survey tools and methods.

You will support our product and design teams in identifying research topics.

You will be responsible for developing, defining, and measuring success metrics (UX KPIs).

You will design A/B tests together with product colleagues and analysts.


You will keep the requirements of stakeholders in mind to develop a long-term UX strategy and well-thought-out research plans that are linked to product roadmaps and KPIs.

You will always keep the requirements of users in mind.
