We are currently looking for an HR specialist (m/f/d) with project experience to join our wolf pack as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent position.


Your position on the field:


  • Project management for the companywide implementation of the cloudbased HR management solution SAP Success Factors until 202
  • Responsibility for the successful implementation of individual modules such as recruiting, performance management, learning, and employee central
  • Technical and contentrelated project management
  • Point of contact and liaison for all internal and external project stakeholders, including managing the supporting service provider
  • Taking on and managing future HR projects
  • Developing fundamental HR policies
  • Developing company regulations while considering the codetermination rights of the works council
  • Evaluating and handling HR and labor law issues
  • Completing general administrative tasks as part of daily operations

Your playing style:


  • Completed degree in HR or a completed commercial apprenticeship with additional HR training (e.g. HR specialist (m/f/d))
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in the mentioned tasks, particularly in project management
