We are currently looking for a

Subproject Manager for Construction Preparation from a Permitting Perspective (m/f/d), remote and Berlin

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the permittingrelated services to be provided for construction preparation (in terms of time and cost)
  • Management of processes for submitting applications for early construction start (VoBa)
  • Development of a permitting strategy for submitting VoBa applications for 3 sections of the permitting project
  • Environmental and land evaluation of the selected VoBa measure
  • Compilation of necessary permitting applications
  • Management of the implementation of compensation measures (CEF/A&E)
  • Management of the process for establishing and tracking schedules for the implementation of CEF measures in the area of early construction measures and in the area of regular construction start, as well as schedules for the implementation of other A&E measures across all 3 sections
  • Management of processes for obtaining private law contracts for the implementation of CEF measures and other A&E measures across all 3 sections (land securing/selfimplementation of compensation measures by tenants/owners)
  • Determination of a procurement strategy for the implementation of CEF measures for measures in the area of early construction measures and in the area of regular construction start, as well as for other compensation measures for all
