Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) Recruiting

LOCATION: Junior Project Management (m/f/d) Technical Facility Management

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for organizing the technical facility management in our clients' properties in the Allgäu region
  • You will monitor and review the services provided in terms of quality, cost, and adherence to deadlines
  • You will be responsible for personnel management and scheduling of your employees
  • You will oversee subcontractor management
  • You will be responsible for processing, creating, and maintaining reports, documentation, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Qualifications: You have completed an apprenticeship as a skilled worker, technician, or master with a technical focus (electrical, HVAC) or have equivalent experience
  • Experience: Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar position in technical facility management
  • Knowledge: You have good knowledge of legal regulations/frameworks, as well as business knowledge and good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Personality: You have strong communication skills
