Utilizing the Five Diamond standards of customer service, contacts at-risk insurance customers in order to preserve and retain existing in-force insurance policies and strengthen the relationship between AAA Insurance and its customers.

Performs routine and non-routine data analysis designed to proactively identify Insurance Agency customers who are likely to be at high risk for retention.

Participates in book roll initiatives to move Agency customers to Motor Club Insurance Company within the applicable AAA Northeast region.

Sells and cross-sells insurance products as applicable.


What you will do:


  • Supports AAA Insurance strategic initiatives by increasing revenue through improved customer retention; contacts atrisk members identify insurance needs, surveys, preserves existing policies, sells and crosssells when appropriate. Builds relationships with customers through the delivery of Five Diamond Service.
  • Identifies insured customers who are most likely to become a retention risk and contacts them in an effort designed to retain the customer and preserve existing inforce insurance policies. Identifies and contacts customers who may be eligible for premium rating discounts. Offers rewrite insurance policies to customers as new company products are introduced.
  • Provides telephone support by taking retention calls from atrisk customers. Handles inbound calls from marketing initiatives to promote policy reviews. Performs other jobrelated duties as required, according to department policies, procedures, and practices. Handles survey responses that needs special attention in addition to other complex member issues needing five diamond service.
  • May be assigned research projects related to customer retention from the Insurance Management team. Works to ensure operational efficiency; may assist with the development of revised policies and procedures; assists with the effective communication of new procedures and development of training as required.

Education
High School or GED Required Associate's Degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience
3 years of customer service Required 3 years of Sales Required

Licenses and Certifications
Property & Casualty Insurance Producers License(Will train & prep for licensure; successful completion) Required Insurance Industry Designations Required
