Production Technologist Apprenticeship (m/f/d)


The apprenticeship as a production technologist (m/f/d) is the most modern "operator profession" in terms of its content and structure.

It meets the requirements of intelligent and networked production, digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0. Production technologists (m/f/d) are experts in modern industrial production processes.

It is a "hybrid profession" with training content from the fields of metal/machine technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science (programming), and quality management.

As our apprentice (m/f/d), you will be trained in a modern production facility. You will be systematically introduced to all training content and departments.

The tasks include organizing, monitoring, documenting, and optimizing production processes, preparing for the commissioning of systems and production runs, programming production systems, intervening in case of quality deviations, and troubleshooting.

In addition, preparing data for production planning and control is also part of the job.
