  • General administrative tasks and office organization (order confirmations, invoice preparation)
  • Application and monitoring of permits for heavy and oversized transports
  • Constant exchange of information and close cooperation with the traffic engineering department
  • Procurement of TÜV reports
  • Collaboration with heavy transport security in planning measures
  • Compliance with permit conditions
  • Communication with relevant authorities and customers

Requirements:


  • Commercial training, but also open to career changers
  • Professional experience in heavy haulage or freight forwarding industry and geographical knowledge is desirable
  • Friendly, authentic and communicative demeanor towards customers and authorities, even in stressful situations
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Flexibility, quick comprehension and strong team spirit
