Job Description

  • Independently carry out payroll for a payroll circle while adhering to tax, social, and collective bargaining regulations
  • Certificate management and legal reporting procedures
  • Entering new employees and corresponding movement data, as well as maintaining master data
  • Creating recurring evaluations and statistics for managers and the HR department
  • Supporting and advising regional HR centers on entry and exit formalities, as well as questions regarding payroll
Qualifications

  • Commercial education and initial work experience in the field of wages and salaries
  • Experience in payroll for industrial employees is desirable
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and familiarity with DATEV (or another payroll program) is desirable
  • Commitment, reliability
