As part of a direct placement, we are currently looking for you for our client, one of the four major transmission network operators in Germany, in the Stuttgart area, as an IT Security Analyst (m/f/d) - Ref. No. 4128.

Your tasks

  • supporting the critical IT infrastructure in Baden-Württemberg through work in the Cyber Defense Center
  • monitoring and evaluating event and alarm messages in the SIEM and recommending appropriate measures
  • conducting vulnerability analyses and root cause analyses in the event of security incidents
  • expanding and optimizing the Playbook Library
  • assisting in the setup and management of the toolchain

Your profile

  • completed degree in computer science or a comparable education
  • experience in IT security, IT infrastructure, and identifying security incidents using SIEM and/or EDR
  • practical experience in setting up an IT security environment
