Description
The Hickory Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of properties, their furnishings, rental, and operation. It is also responsible for organizing and hosting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for centrally creating, maintaining, and deleting business partner data (master data, permissions, roles, etc.), particularly in the context of construction.
  • You will resolve complex master data issues regarding data consistency, plausibility, and completeness.
  • You will be the main point of contact for all questions related to master data.
  • You will work cross-functionally with relevant departments (especially construction), project participants, and team colleagues to ensure data quality.
  • You will support your supervisor in projects to optimize master data processes and develop solutions.
  • You will create process and user documentation and keep it up to date.
  • You will also support our Office Management team in daily business with administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, degree, or equivalent qualification with professional experience.
  • Affinity for information and data management.
  • Good understanding of cross-functional and process-related topics.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
