For our client, a government agency in the metropolitan region of Hamburg, we are currently looking for a
Office Clerk (m/f/d) Entry into the public sector
Your Responsibilities:
- You will assist with creating and maintaining files (both manually and electronically).
- You will handle correspondence.
- You will coordinate appointments and answer phone calls.
- You will support with processing applications.
- You will assist with documenting processes.
- You will archive completed tasks.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (office management, office communication, office clerk m/f/d or similar).
- You have previous experience in administration and organization during your apprenticeship or in your first job.
- You are looking for an entry into the public sector.
- Your MS Office skills are good.
- You work with great attention to detail and in a structured manner.
- You have good communication skills and empathy.
