Job Description:

  • Personnel management and planning within the building technology department
  • Obtaining and reviewing cost estimates and quotes for repair measures
  • Coordinating and monitoring the execution of inspection and maintenance work
  • Taking on daily tasks in the field of building technology
  • Being on call within the facility
  • Previous experience and a degree as an electrician
  • Desirable: several years of experience in personnel management
  • Customeroriented demeanor and friendly in dealing with people
  • Reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
