Head of Order Processing for Railway Customers (m/f/d):
As the Head of Order Processing for Rail (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading the order processing team at our Brilon/Hoppecke location.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of the order processing team
- Support of order processing in daytoday operations
- Responsibility for the entire process chain, from order entry to delivery and invoicing
- Optimization of existing processes (e.g. through digitization) with the aim of increasing efficiency
- Optimization of inventory while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensuring timely communication on order status and delivery dates, as well as handling
