As a Legal Operation Specialist (d/f/m) at Personio, you will support the daily operations of our legal team across Europe.

Your role will involve providing our exceptional team with the freedom, autonomy, and support they need to be the best in the industry.

You will also have the opportunity to shape and build the leading in-house legal team in the tech industry.

Reporting to Personio's Legal Director, you will work closely with our outstanding legal counsels in Germany and the UK. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a clear understanding of the needs of a fast-growing European tech business.

By doing so, you will significantly contribute to our mission of maintaining Personio's legal stability and compliance, by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and implementing legal procedural and tool solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing and further developing our existing legal tech stack in line with our principles
  • Creating and implementing a data strategy to improve the quality of management information and enable better decisionmaking
