What we do for you:


For our residential groups in the Life and Living Regional division, we are looking for support for work on the residential groups throughout the region around Stuttgart as soon as possible.

Our locations are in Waiblingen, Weinstadt, Schorndorf, Fellbach, Lorch, Göppingen, Esslingen, Filderstadt, Ebersbach, Großbottwar and Stuttgart.

In the residential groups of integration assistance, people with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities are supported and accompanied in their daily lives.

You will gain insight into social professions, do something meaningful, and get to know great people. In return, you will receive a corresponding monthly salary. We place great value on good training and teamwork. We will accompany you through intensive training in this diverse activity with a high degree of creative freedom. Our professionals will be there to support you throughout your assignment.


What you will do good:


  • You accompany and support people with disabilities in their daily lives
  • You support in leisure activities such as making music and crafts, going on outings and walks
  • You support the professionals and residents in basic care, such as shopping, cooking, household tasks, and nursing tasks
