We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) B2C Sales team member to join us at our campus in Cologne.

What you can expect

You will provide sales-oriented advice to potential students, primarily through phone calls or in-person meetings, and convince them to enroll at our university.

You will actively approach potential students (warm leads only) and guide them through the process of signing a study contract.

You will be the first point of contact and representative for potential students at our Cologne campus, and will also represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days.

You will work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments.

What you bring
You enjoy selling educational programs and have previous experience in B2C sales.

You have a commercial education or completed studies, preferably in fields such as human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.

You are outgoing, communicative, and passionate about primarily working over the phone.
You are goal-oriented, structured, and have a strong affinity for numbers, making you enjoy working with KPIs.
You have excellent German language skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
