YOUR TASKS:


  • In our transit lounge, patients who have already been discharged from the ward but cannot yet be picked up, whether privately or by ambulance, stay
  • You support in the transfer or discharge of patients
  • You are jointly responsible for a smooth process and good organization of the area in a multiprofessional team

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a health and care assistant (m/f/d)
  • Commitment and teamwork with a passion for interprofessional collaboration
  • Openness to new nursing content and organizational changes
  • Coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong professional and social skills
