Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) day shift or night shift for the Clemens-Kessler House (part-time and full-time)

Your tasks:

  • Care and support of residents with predominantly age-related illnesses as well as geronto-psychiatric changes
  • Organization and implementation of individual and holistic basic and treatment care
  • Psychosocial support, especially in the instruction, encouragement and assistance in relearning and performing activities of daily living
  • Provision and administration of medication
  • Participation in biography work
  • Evaluation of documentation
  • Care and support for the dying
