About the Position:

We are currently seeking a working student (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture team in Sierra Ridge, CO.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as contract creation and payroll
  • Supporting and independently conducting our recruiting process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews
  • Participating in various HR projects and taking on your own projects, such as feedback, employee development, and benefits
  • Assisting other teams, such as finance, office management, and administrative support

Your Skillset:


  • You are in an advanced semester of your studies, ideally in business, psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent listening skills, ability to evaluate personalities, and networking skills
  • High level of commitment, stress resistance, quick comprehension, and strong logical and analytical skills
  • Independent and precise work ethic
  • A handson mentality: no one is too proud to help others
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
