Your tasks:

  • Analysis of procurement markets through trade fair and supplier visits
  • Preparation of tender documents based on technical documents in close cooperation with development
  • Supplier evaluation and selection for the production and delivery of parts and assemblies during development and throughout the entire product lifecycle (feasibility check)
  • Conducting contract negotiations
  • Participation in projects with high technical complexity
  • Support in make-or-buy decisions and subsequent determination of manufacturing processes for purchased parts, taking into account manufacturability, quality, and cost
  • Leading coordination processes between supplier and project team and achieving target prices (target costing)

    • Our requirements:

  • Degree in technical business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable business degree with a technical focus
  • Experience in project purchasing or strategic purchasing in an industrial company is an advantage
  • High technical affinity and experience in an interface function between supplier and development
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Office programs
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong team player and negotiation skills
