We are currently seeking a SERVICE ADVISOR (M/F/D) to join our Renault & Dacia location in Siegen.

Responsibilities:

Receiving orders and conducting service/salesoriented needs analysis
Advising and selling service offerings
Creating service orders with performance, pricing, and scheduling commitments
Preparing cost estimates
Creating and selling quotes for spare parts and accessories
Receiving and returning vehicles
Coordinating service orders
Handling warranty and goodwill claims
Pre and postprocessing of service offerings

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a car mechanic/mechatronics technician, service technician, or master mechanic (m/f/d)
Indepth technical knowledge and experience in the automotive industry
Goal and performanceoriented with good time management skills
