Are you skilled with your hands, but one direction is not enough for you? Then start your apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician.

As a future mechatronics technician, you will excel with knowledge from three different fields:
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and information technology.


Your training content:

  • You will learn everything about planning and controlling work processes
  • You will develop knowledge in commissioning and operating mechatronic systems
  • You will learn about the construction and testing of electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls, as well as measuring and testing electrical quantities
  • You will learn how to assemble components and modules into machines and systems
  • You will become familiar with the maintenance and repair of production facilities
  • You will be prepared for programming, installing, and testing modern hardware and software components
  • You will accompany your colleagues on work assignments in Germany and abroad

What you should bring:

  • You have completed secondary school or have a high school diploma
  • You have good knowledge of mathematics and physics
  • You are a team player and work carefully
  • Your strength is your manual dexterity
  • You have a strong understanding of technical connections
  • You are interested in complex tasks
