Diakonissen Speyer is a large social and diaconal organization that operates facilities in the areas of nursing, elderly care, disability assistance, child and youth services, hospice and palliative care, and education in the Palatinate region and beyond.

In total, approximately 5,000 employees work for the people who are cared for and supported in these facilities.


The service company of Diakonissen Speyer is looking for a
Kitchen Team Leader (m/f/d) for the
Willi-Hussong-Haus Kandel Senior Center to start as soon as possible, in a full-time position.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparation of lunch according to Cook and Freeze method
  • Creation of the menu plan
  • Ordering of supplies using a merchandise management program
  • Creation of the work schedule
  • Supervision and guidance of the team
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations and legal requirements (HACCP)
  • Documentation of services provided

Requirements

We expect from you:


  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Experience in communal catering
  • Respectful interaction with colleagues
  • Good collaboration with other professional groups and service management
  • Familiarity with hygiene, HAC
