Avalon is looking for you We are currently seeking a full-time production employee (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Melle.

Since its founding in 1997, our client has become an innovative and high-performing company. Their core competency lies in the development and production of cooling and freezing cells in all dimensions. They specialize in the individual planning and production of welded cells and chambers for environmental simulation applications.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will receive the finished PU elements from production and be responsible for the finishing touches.
  • You will clean the elements, remove excess foam residue, and perform any necessary drilling with a hand drill.
  • After completing a quality control check, you will stack the PU elements according to orders and hand them over to shipping.

Your profile:

  • Manual dexterity
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work in early and late shifts
