Position:Trainer**:

Shift:Monday

Friday 8:00AM 4:30PM
Occasionally working split shift 11:00am 730pm to train new hires**:

Pay:$21.00
per hour.

Facilitates on the job training to both new and existing associates
Provide refresher training for associates returning from leave/extended absence
Assess trainees through various levels of evaluation including questionnaires, tests, and practical exercises
Assess competency by checking tasks performed
Be able to effectively communicate with all associates and leadership
Provide feedback to employees and supervisors and highlight any potential concerns
Regularly evaluate and maintain site training records
Support and/or deliver training sessions identified by Quality management that addresses gaps within processes
Review Work Instructions/SOPS and work with the Quality team to revise as needed
Conduct site Quality audits
Participate in Continuous Improvement Committee
Conduct GEMBAS/BBS Observations
Support Operations as needed by leadership

Role Purpose:

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
Evaluate Associates RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
Assist with creating work reference guide.
Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
Support operations as needed by leadership
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Certify Associates for MHE
Actively participate in the YOBE process
Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
Updating on company goals and procedures.
Identify training needs
Conduct BBS observations
Participate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience:

Related technical experience
MHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)
MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferred
Scrubber, preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
