We are currently seeking a Lead Concept Artist (f/m/d) to oversee our internal concept art team and manage concept outsourcing with external studios.

Our studio, situated in the southern region of Germany near the French border, offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and independent studio culture with the financial stability of a large publisher.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the concept art team, including conducting 1t1 meetings, annual reviews, and mentoring team members
Prioritize and organize daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects
Create 2D concept art, including characters, backgrounds, buildings, props, and scenes, in various visual styles from realistic to stylized
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
