Our partners include leading law firms, major banks, and industrial corporations.

For our client, a company in the real estate industry, we are currently seeking a lawyer (m/f/d) specializing in corporate and capital markets law for a 12-month contract.

Answering and handling legal questions, primarily in the areas of corporate, capital markets, and general civil law, while considering current laws and changes in legislation
Preparing civil court proceedings
Communicating with third parties and authorities, etc.
Contributing to and taking responsibility for implementing new processes in the legal department

Qualifications:

Fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer (m/f/d) with good knowledge of corporate law
Professional experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company or in a commercial law firm in the abovementioned areas
Fluent in German and English
