Your contribution:

Support of the department head of Research and Development in daily business
Support in preparation, organization and followup of meetings, discussions and workshops
Creation and preparation of presentations and reports
Coordination and documentation tasks in communication, development projects and project management
Handling of internal and external correspondence, both in German and English
Maintenance of developmentrelated software tools

What you bring with you:

Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Good English skills in written and spoken form
Quick comprehension, good analytical skills and a solutionoriented work style
High level of initiative, reliability and strong communication and teamwork skills
Good German and English skills in written and spoken form
