Introduction:

To expand our project team, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as soon as possible as

Tasks:

  • Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Customer-oriented troubleshooting
  • Proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompaniment and support in technical operations for customers
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)

Your profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating technician / ventilation technician / gas and water installer or equivalent qualification
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level professionals or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further education
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
