The housing group Augsburg Leben is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the city of Augsburg with around 160 employees.

We manage our approximately apartments to provide the Augsburg population with affordable, secure, and socially balanced housing in the long term.

At the same time, our goal is to expand the housing supply through new construction measures and thus have a relaxing effect on the Augsburg housing market.

By 2040, we aim to have a climate-neutral housing stock.
