We are looking for a 'Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time in Karlsruhe, Mackinac Island, MI

For our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the expat department.

What awaits you:


  • Coordination of appointments for new and existing customers
  • Pre and postprocessing of customer appointments for your colleagues in sales
  • Creation of individual insurance offers according to customer needs
  • Serviceoriented communication with Englishspeaking customers and companies
  • Processing of insurance applications
  • Processing of contract mail
  • Support in creating IDDcompliant consultation documentation
  • Independent handling of contractrelated changes such as terminations or premium suspensions
  • Processing of followup tasks

What you bring:


  • Enjoy working with people
  • Communication skills, enthusiasm and sometimes a bit of patience
  • Completed training as an insurance clerk/ further training as an insurance specialist or 23 years of professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Good language skills in English (B1 level or higher
