Centenary, SC - Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Complaint and Dispute ManagementWe are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for our Complaint and Dispute Management department.
This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving, clarifying, and processing customer inquiries (written and by phone)
- Handling incoming mail and maintaining data
- Processing complaints
- Managing customer databases
- Providing support to existing customers
- Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
