Centenary, SC - Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Complaint and Dispute Management

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for our Complaint and Dispute Management department.

This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.


Your responsibilities:


  • Receiving, clarifying, and processing customer inquiries (written and by phone)
  • Handling incoming mail and maintaining data
  • Processing complaints
  • Managing customer databases
  • Providing support to existing customers
  • Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
