The iprotex GmbH & Co. KG in Münchberg is an innovative and medium-sized company. The company group has two locations in Germany, as well as other branches worldwide. We develop and produce high-quality textile cable and line protection products for various industrial applications. Our technical textiles are used by all well-known automotive manufacturers, in rail vehicles, aerospace, medical technology, and composite applications.

For our branch in Crimmitschau, we are looking for a Broad Weaver (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:

Setting up and operating weaving machines
- Loading the machines with yarns
- Conducting process-related measurements
- Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions
- Ensuring that machine downtime is minimized (control function)

We expect from you:

- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (specializing in weaving)
- Ideally, you also have knowledge in band weaving (not mandatory)
- Experience in knotting and threading
- Good technical understanding
- Independent and precise work style
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Availability for a 3-shift system
