Wood Heights is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to understand their requirements and collaborates with them to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

International rollout of cloud-based ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions (HRSD)
Project support / sub-project management for other cloud projects in the ServiceNow environment
Further development of the solution in cooperation with external service providers and human resource departments
Consulting, conceptualization, and implementation of solutions for specific requirements and issues
Administration and support for users both domestically and internationally

Your Profile

Experience with ServiceNow solution administration or international and cross-departmental project management
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
Confident and convincing communication skills, as well as strong teamwork abilities
High affinity for the effective interaction between IT and business processes
Enjoyment in implementing and operating cloud solutions
Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable
